For: Middle School Students (Ages: 11-13)

This masterclass offers an exciting introduction to architectural design for young learners. Centered around a real-world design project, students will explore key elements of the architectural design process and its various methods of representation. From conducting site analysis and interpreting the functional program, to exploring form, typology, and technology, students will work towards creating their own unique designs with distinct spatial features.
Throughout each stage of the process, participants will engage with different forms of representation, including drawing, sketching, diagramming, and model-making. They will also develop essential skills in presenting and discussing their designs effectively.
The goal of the masterclass is to empower young minds to confidently engage with architectural studio culture and take their first steps into the world of architectural design.
