For Monthly Membership Subscriptions
The Institute does not offer a month-to-month subscription plan. The Institute reserves the right to require you to pay for a one year subscription in order to receive member benefits, which includes but is not limited to, discounts and other member benefits.
For Yearly Membership Subscriptions
The Institute does not offer refunds for payments made for our Yearly Membership subscription plan. The Institute Yearly Membership subscriptions come with a 7-day money back guarantee for the first time you subscribe, you can request a refund for a Yearly Membership Subscription payment within seven days of making the payment. To request a refund, contact email@example.com.
When your Yearly Membership subscription is ready to expire, you will receive an advanced one month notification that your subscription will automatically renew, unless you request to cancel your subscription. The 7-day money back guarantee will not be applied during a renewal of a Yearly Membership subscription.
If you cancel your subscription, cancellation will be effective at the end of the current monthly period; you will continue to have access to your subscription for the remainder of that period, but you will not receive a refund.
For Registration Fees
The Institute does not offer a month-to-month subscription plan. The Institute reserves the right to require you to pay for a one-year subscription in order to receive member benefits. However, to access the Institute Masterclasses and Events, a registration fee may be administered on a case by case basis.
For Synchronous Online and Face-to-Face Masterclass Course
If you cancel your paid enrollment for a Synchronous Online or Face-to-Face Masterclass Course for a serious reason, The Institute will offer you a complete refund until 7 days after the starting date of the course. After 7 days, no refund will be eligible.
In case a Synchronous Online Masterclass Course or Face-to-Face Masterclass Course does not take place due to limited interest, a full refund will be issued.
Both Synchronous Online and Face-to-Face Masterclass Course payments must be made in full,
prior to the first day of the activity.
For Asynchronous Online Masterclass Course
If you cancel your paid enrollment for an Asynchronous Online Masterclass Course, The Institute will offer you a complete refund until your access codes are unlocked. After you have access to the Asynchronous Online Masterclass, no refunds will be eligible.
In case an Asynchronous Online Masterclass is cancelled due to any unforeseen reason, a full refund will be issued.
Asynchronous Online Masterclass payments must be made in full, prior to obtaining the access codes to the Asynchronous Online Masterclass.
For an Online Webinar Masterclass
If you cancel your paid enrollment for an Online Webinar Masterclass for a serious reason, The Institute will offer you a complete refund until 7 days before the starting date of the webinar. After this time period, no refunds will be eligible.
In case an Online Webinar Masterclass does not take place due limited interest, a full refund will be issued.
Online Webinar Masterclass payments must be made in full, prior to the first day of the webinar.
Event registration fees for cancellations before the start of the offering event will be refunded minus a cancellation fee of 25euros until 3 days before the starting date of the event, unless otherwise stated on a specific event. Event registration fees for cancellations after 3 days of the offering will not be refunded.
In case an Event is cancelled due to any unforeseen reason, a full refund will be issued. Event registration fees must be made in full, prior to the first day of the event.
For Degree and Certificate Programs
Refund policies for Degree and Certificate programs are established and administered by the Content Provider offering the program. Refund policies are communicated to students by those Content Providers.
For Other Paid Services
Except as described in this Refund Policy or as explicitly stated as part of the sign-up process for a Service, the Institute has no obligation to provide refunds or vouchers for any other Services.
Third Party Marketplaces
Notwithstanding the foregoing, if you purchase or subscribe for a course, specialization, guided project, or purchase any other paid Service, through a third party marketplace (e.g., in-app purchases through the Apple App Store or purchases made through certain alternative payment services), the refund policy applicable to that third party marketplace will apply, unless otherwise explicitly stated by The Institute. Except as otherwise explicitly stated by The Institute, the third party marketplace will be solely responsible for making refunds under its refund policy, and The Institute will have no refund obligations. The Institute disclaims any responsibility or liability related to any third party marketplace’s refund policy or the third party’s compliance or noncompliance with such policy.
