About this Program
The Junior Engineers Program is an engaging and immersive introduction to STEM and robotics for students aged 5 to 13. Tailored to spark curiosity and a love for learning, the program adapts to different developmental stages, guiding young minds through hands-on activities and interactive challenges.
Beyond technical skills, the program fosters exploration, innovation, and teamwork, inspiring students to pursue future opportunities in the dynamic fields of science and technology.
Objectives
- For our youngest participants, the program introduces foundational science and technology concepts through interactive play and hands-on activities.
- At the 1st and 2nd grade levels, students engage with age-appropriate projects that teach engineering and robotics principles, fostering critical thinking and teamwork.
- In grades 3 through 5, students tackle more complex robotics and STEM projects, further developing their problem-solving skills and creativity.
- For our Middle Schoolers, students learn to program with Python and understand the operation of simple electronic circuits.
