Fiori is an academic and a social entrepreneur; holds an award winning PHD on Social Franchising & Social Entrepreneurship, Brunel Business School and is currently a Post-Doctorate Researcher on Managing Ethical and Green Supply Chains in the Fashion Industry, Athens University of Economics and Business (AUEB). She is the PM for Ethical & Circular Fashion in AUEB. She is the Country Coordinator of the global movement Fashion Revolution.org in Greece, the Coordinator of Raise Your Voice Festival co-organised by 56 State Bodies & NGOs to end human trafficking and act on climate crisis. Founder of Social Fashion Factory – SOFFA.gr that targets gender empowerment and work integration of women victims of trafficking and the environmental regeneration. Founder of ‘Wear Your Origins’ clothing brand and the rebirth of the iconic ‘Zita Hellas’ sneakers brand. Writer of the Novel “The Timeless Beach” by Kaktos Publishing. Fiori is a world speaker & her story has inspired various documentaries including One Over Many by Daphne Bengoa. The Executive Producer of TV Show ‘Social Growth’ at ERT TV Channel. Founder of Refergon employment refugee matching platform. Founder of The Nest Centre on Social Entrepreneurship. Coordinator of EU COSME SmallButPerfect Project on Circular Fashion (1.3m€ 11 Partners) and of EU Erasmus+ Educational Programs: “Blue Social Growth”; “Social Growth for Trafficking and Refugees”; “Social & Sustainable Fashion Entrepreneurs”; TEDx talks ‘Unity, Ubuntu’ TEDxNTUA 2021, ‘Are you still dreaming how to be a Doer?” TEDx Alexandroupolis 2016.
