Tennis Coach
Mr. Rafail Molandonis was born in Athens, Greece. He began playing tennis at the age of 8 and has since built a strong foundation in the sport as both a dedicated athlete and an emerging coach. As a longtime member of competitive tennis teams in Athens, Mr. Molandonis has developed deep insight into high-performance training, match play, and modern player development.
He has trained under and worked alongside several respected coaches in Greek tennis, gaining valuable experience as a hitting partner and assistant coach for nationally ranked juniors. Since 2024, he has been actively coaching players of all ages and skill levels, contributing to individual training plans and team preparation.
Currently in the process of formalizing his coaching qualifications, Mr. Molandonis brings a modern, athlete-centered perspective to his work. He remains an active competitor on the Greek tennis circuit and is deeply committed to continuous development—both on and off the court.
Mr. Molandonis is a key member of the ACS Athens Tennis Academy team and will be heavily involved in the implementation of the Competitive Program, supporting high-performance athletes through technical training, strategic development, and tournament preparation.
