Hello, I’m Elisavet, and I’m 13 years old. I’ve been playing tennis since I was five, and I fell in love with the sport from the very beginning. Over the past three years, I have trained more seriously, and this past year I committed myself to competitive tennis.
Tennis has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. One of my favorite parts of the sport is the incredible people you meet along the way. It has given me the opportunity to experience new places, see the world from a different perspective, and do something I truly love.
I believe that the more effort, discipline, and focus you invest in your goals, the greater the results you can achieve. Whenever I’m on the court, I remind myself of what I could become if I work just a little harder every day. That mindset motivates me to stay focused and give my best in every practice and every match.
My goal over the next two years is to break into the top 50 junior players in Greece. Looking further ahead, I hope to earn a Division II tennis scholarship at one of my dream universities. I also aspire to represent a major sports brand as a sponsored athlete while continuing to improve every day, both as a player and as a person.
Outside of tennis, I enjoy swimming and prioritizing recovery. After suffering an injury that kept me away from the sport for nearly two years, I learned how important it is to take care of my body and stay healthy. When I’m not training, I love spending time with my friends and family, who have always supported me throughout my journey.
Tennis has taught me resilience, discipline, and perseverance, and I’m excited to see where this journey takes me.
