Ilias Zouros

AEK Basketball Club, Men’s Basketball

Ilias Zouros is a Greek Basketball coach, presently with the club team of AEK playing in the Greek League as well as the Basketball Champions’ League.

Coach Zouros has vast experience as a coach; his coaching tenure goes back to 1986 when he started coaching youth teams as well as men’s teams.

Throughout his coaching career, he coached Greek teams as well as International club teams: Olympiakos, Peristeri, Aris, Zalgiris, Anatolu Efes to name a few! Coach Zouros has also been the coach of the National Men’s team of Greece as well as the National men’s team of Georgia. He coached Georgia at the Eurobasket 2017 and 2022, and under his guidance, the Georgian team made their debut at the 2023 FIBA World Cup.

His personal awards / achievements as Head Coach are:

• Eurocup Coach of the Year (2010)
• FIBA Asia Champions Cup – Champion (2004)
• Lithuanian League Champion (2011)
• Lithuanian Cup Winner (2011)
• Baltic League Champion (2011)
• Lebanese League Champion (2004)

Henry Barrera

University of Alabama, Strength and Conditioning

Henry Barrera is the Strength & Conditioning Coach of the men’s basketball team of Alabama University since May of 2022, after spending 7 years at Liberty University. Coming from Oregon, where he was a performance training specialist at Nike World Headquarters in Beaverton, he had a big impact on designing training content for multiple projects. As a player, Barrera played one season of professional basketball in Sweden before beginning his coaching and performance training career. He is considered a specialist in basketball strength and conditioning coaching.

Ryan Pannone

University of Alabama, Men’s Basketball

Ryan Pannone brings a wealth of basketball with a lot of coaching experience in the United States as well as internationally.

He is a recent addition to the University of Alabama Men’s Basketball coaching staff and prior to this coaching assignment he was the assistant coach of the New Orleans Pelicans (NBA). He has also the head coach of the Erie BayHawks/Birmingham Squadron, in the G-league as well as teams in Israel, Slovakia, China, Germany and Korea.
He is a leader in PLAYER Development having had the opportunity to coach a number of elite basketball players such as Herbert Jones, Trey Murphy, John Petty Jr. and Kira Lewis Jr.
